  • Is my item(s) eligible for return?

    Item(s) must be returned within 30 day of the delivery date.

    Item(s) must be in the same condition as when you had received them.

    Item(s) must be in the original packing, including any gift-boxes and certificates of authenticity.

    Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • What is the return process?

    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@biancamjewels.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item. Please be sure to include your RMA number on the return package to ensure prompt processing.

  • How do I ship my item(s) back?

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is damaged or defective. We recommend using FedEx for your return shipping, as this is our preferred carrier. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is delivered to us safely. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

  • How will I receive my refund?

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • What happens if my shipment is damaged or lost?

    If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@biancamjewels.com. We will arrange for a full refund and cover any shipping costs incurred.
